Jupiter Brewing Company Brewhouse, downtown berkeley, california

Over the years, Robert Nebolon Architects has been asked by Jupiter Ownership to remodel or restore portions of Jupiter Brew pub which opened it’s doors in 1992.

In 2019, the restaurant had a fire which destroyed the wood-burning pizza oven. Robert Nebolon Architects was asked to provide design drawings for restoration and remodeling of pizza kitchen.

Like most restaurants with wood-burning pizza ovens, the ovens are featured and visible to patrons. That was the case for Jupiter. The final install has various different tiling patterns and colors which are consistent with other sections of Jupiter.

In 2022-2023, Robert Nebolon Architects are also retained to provide designs for remodeling of the 1992 bathrooms. New water-saving fixtures have been installed along with orange/gray tile and new heavy-duty partitions. New light fixtures are consistent with the funky-Steam-Punky Jules Verne Sci-Fi Outer-Space “Lost in Space” Bier Garten Rancho them seen elsewhere at Jupiter.
